Paul Thomas Chocolates, INC – Shipping Policy

  • We ship only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Orders outside this area, including outer Mongolia, are not accepted.
  • Carriers: UPS (primary), USPS (secondary), occasionally FedEx. We may also use Amazon’s shipping options.
  • Handling times:
    • Orders placed Sunday–Wednesday requiring 2-day shipping typically ship the next business day.
    • Orders placed Thursday may or may not ship the next day depending on weather or delivery timing.
    • Orders placed Friday and Saturday typically ship Monday (next business day).
